Description
The 1959-1966 Cadillac dual voice coil speaker is a single 4x10 dash speaker with two tweeters in the center to give you stereo sound coming from that one speaker. One tweeter will handle the left channel while the other will handle the right channel in order to give you the 2 in 1 effect. The 1959-1966 Cadillac Dual Voice Coil Dash Speaker is the one we recommend for most applications. This speaker has more cone surface area to provide better mid-range response. On the dual dash mount speakers, including the Kenwood, the center of plate is not creating any midrange sound whereas on the dual voice coil speaker it is.

This 1959-1966 Cadillac dual voice coil speaker has 4 wire connections on the back, (+) & (-) for the left channel, and (+) & (-) for the right channel.

If you have an original, 8 Ohm or 10 Ohm radio, this speaker will not work. You must use this speaker with radios designed for 4 ohm applications.
