JL Audio C1 speakers are designed to deliver advanced audio performance and mount directly behind factory grilles. To assist in fitment, spacer/adaptor rings are included which allow the C1-570x to be bottom-mounted. The speaker baskets also come slotted with mounting holes to fit into 6 x 8-inch factory speaker locations.
The C1 woofer drivers benefit from proprietary FEA modelng along with JL Audio's expertise in low-frequency driver design. At the center of the C1-570x is a steel 5 x 7-inch (125 x 180 mm) oval frame and a DMA-optimized motor system.
Equipped with an aluminum dome tweeter, the C1 speakers clearly set themselves apart from others in their class. When it comes to quality and vaule, JL Audio C1 speaker systems are the real deal.

JL Audio C1 speakers provide high quality performace in an advance design, which easily mounts behind OEM factory grilles.
For a clean and secure fit, adapter rings are included with purchase of the C1-650x that allow for drop-in installation in vehicles equipped with oversized 6.5-inch and 6.75-inch speaker openings. Without the ring, the speaker will fit into most 6-inch speaker locations as well.
Through the superior quality and design, C1 speakers provide smooth and dynamic sound. At the center of the C1-650x is a proprietary, steel 6.50-inch (165 mm) frame and a DMA-optimized motor system. Equipped with a true, edge-driven, aluminum dome tweeter, JL Audio C1 speakers set themselves apart from the rest. The tweeterβs design also features outstanding off-axis response and high-frequency extension.
