Audison 1964-1966 El Camino Kick Panel Speakers No A/C

The Audison Prima 1964-1966 El Camino kick panel speakers offer the best sound quality out of all of our kick panel speaker models. The Audison Prima speakers feature a single, point source tweeter to ensure proper, in-phase response. These Audison Prima speakers feature Audison's triple wave surround for maximum excursion linearity while maintaining a shallow mounting depth (1.89"). These speakers are designed to sound like components, but they do not require the separate, crossover networks nor the installation hassle of trying to mount both a woofer driver and a separate tweeter. We recommend pairing these kick panel speakers with a pair of Audison Prima 6x9 speakers for the rear, or one of our Audison dash speakers. If you are spending the money for the really nice speakers, add an amplifier to go with them. These kick panel speakers come with the APX5 speaker. It is technically a 5.25" but this 5.25" speaker fits just like many 6.5" speakers. The mid-bass response due to cone size between these speakers, and a 6.5" speaker will not be that drastic. These speakers will just sound better due to the design and engineering and rely on your 6x9's or a subwoofer if you want or need more mid-bass.
