JL Audio MX770 7.7" Marine Stereo Package

Our JL Audio Marine audio package allows you to build the perfect system for your boat using the highest quality marine audio components from JL. This package includes everything you need to start a great stereo system, and we then allow you to customize it with additional options such as a subowofer, head unit, and more. The default kit includes 2, JL Audio MX series 7.7" speakers, a JL Audio marine grade amplifier, and a marine amplifier wiring kit. When comparing the 7.7" to the 6.5", the 7.7" is just going to sound better because of the larger cone and play louder. If you have the space in your boat to ugprade to 7.7" speakers over the 6.5" speakers, do it. You will not regret it. We let you choose the grille color and style to best suit your boat as well as the option to upgrade to the LED integreated grilles. If you need to add some bass to your system, you can add a 10" JL Audio MX subwoofer to fill out the bottom end of your stereo. Once you have determined the number of speakers and whether or not you want a subwoofer, you can select the correct amplifier for your application. We offer the JL Audio MX and the M series amplifiers. Both are true marine grade amplifiers. The MX amplifiers are extremely small and are perfect if you are limited on space. The MX are also at a lower price point compared to the M. The M series amps are relatively comapct amplifiers for full-size amps, but the are definitely larger than the miniature MX series. The M series amps will give you better signal processing and more actual output than the MX will, but they more expensive. YOu can't go wrong either way, but if you are spending the money, we feel like the M series amps just sound better.
