Morel Maximo Ultra 603A MKII 6.5" Component Speakers 3-Ways No Crossovers

The Morel Maximo Ultra 603 MKII are 3 way, 6.5" component speakers provide superior sound quality, increased power handling, and dynamic, accurate output while delivering unprecedented value. The 3-way design of these speakers includes a 6.5" woofer, a 3" midrange driver, and a tweeter. The 3-way design allows you to optimize each driver for the frequencies it was designed to reproduce and it will provide better output across all frequencies. These Maximo Ultra speakers are designed to deliver the hi-fi experience you expect from Morel speakers, at more affordable price points, and without the need for as much power. The Maximo speakers will work with lower power amplifiers, factory amplifiers, or aftermarket head units.

The 3-way, component speaker design is ideal for building the perfect sound stage. You can install the tweeter near the A-pillar or in the dash speaker locations, the midrange can near the tweeter or in the door, and the woofer cna mount in the lower door speaker location. Installing the tweeters and mid-range drivers higher up, allows you to better aim them toward the listeners' ears and create a better sound experience.

The Morel MAXIMO ULTRA 603A MKII speakers do not come with crossovers and are designed to be used with a DSP. If you do not have a DSP, we recommend selecting the Morel MAXIMO ULTRA 603 MKII as they include the passive crossovers.

While you may not need an amplifier to power these speakers, we definitely recommend one. We like the Morel MPS amplifiers, the Audison SR series amplifiers, or the JL Audio XD amps to power these, but the Maximo speakers will also work with the less expensive amplifiers like the Kicker CX series, Rockford R2, and JL Audio JD amps. Speaker grilles are not included and must be purchased separately if you need them.

If you want high-end, 6.5", 3-way, component speakers that are efficient at lower power levels, but still give you beautiful output, these Morel Maximo 3-way components are perfect.
