Rockford Fosgate 10 Inch P3 Subwoofer Kit

Our Rockford Fosgate 10 inch P3 subwoofer kit includes the 10" Rockford Fosgate P3 subwoofer, your choice of Rockford Fosgate monoblock amplifier, a 4 AWG amp wiring kit, and 15 feet of 12 AWG speaker wire. This is a sweet little setup that delivers clean, hard hitting bass at an affordable price point. This kit is ideal for those that already have an enclosure or plan on building a custom enclosure for their vehicle.

10 Inch Rockford Fosgate Punch P3 Subwoofer

The Rockford Fosgate P3 subwoofers are our "go-to" Rockford sub. The P3 can handle enough power to give you true, hard-hitting bass. These subwoofers are a great value when you compare the power handling, output, and price point. These subwoofers are just solid. The 10 inch P3 can handle 500 watts RMS, making it a perfect match for most 500 watt monoblock amplifiers. The subwoofer comes in both 2 ohm and 4 ohm dual voice coil versions and the subwoofer model will depend on the amplifier you select. For the R2-500X1 and T750X1bd it is a dual 4 ohm subwoofer. For the R2-750x1 and the P500X1bd, this kit comes with a dual 2 ohm voice coil subwoofer.

Rockford Fosgate Monoblock Amplifier

This kit comes standard with the R2-500X1, but we give you the option to upgrade to the R2-750X1, P500X1bd, or T750X1bd. There are no bad choices among these amplifiers. The R2-500X1 is going to deliver 500 watts RMS at 2 ohms and outperform that rating in a real-world setting while listening to music. However, for those that always need to have more, we let you upgrade if you want. The R2-750X1 is ideal if you want a little bit of head room to keep the gain turned down while still giving the subwoofer all it needs. The P500X1 is going to have similar output to the R2-750X1. If you are looking for accuracy and sound quality, the P500X1bd is going to sound better than the R2-750X1. The T750X1bd is a badass little amp that will provide plenty of head room and allow you to keep the gain turned down. In my opinion, the T750X1bd is too much amplifier for a single, 10" P3. Unless you are tight on space, the full size amplifiers will deliver plenty of power and cost less money.

All of these amplifiers come with Rockford's CLEAN setup which is an LED clipping indicator that allows you to set your gains at the optimum level without requiring expensive tools.

4 AWG Wiring Kit + Speaker Wire Included

We include a 4 AWG wiring kit with a 17-foot RCA cable and 15 feet of 12 AWG speaker wire. The wire that is used in both the amp kit and the speaker wire is 100% oxygen-free copper for maximum performance and output from both your amplifier and subwoofer. Don't spend the money on Rockford Fosgate components, only to starve them with cheap, copper-coated aluminum wire. The wire we include is the good stuff!

Wire the Subwoofer in Parallel

The subwoofer model that is included depends on the amplifier. The R2-500X1 is 2 ohm stable while the other two amplifier options are 1 ohm stable. If you opt for the R2-500X1 amplifier, we include the P3D4-10 subwoofer. You will wire this dual 4 ohm voice coil subwoofer in parallel to a 2 ohm load. If you opt for the R2-750X1 or P500X1bd as your amplifier, we include the P3D2-10 subwoofer which has dual 2 ohm voice coils. You will wire this subwoofer in parallel as well, but it will be wired to a 1 ohm load instead of a 2 ohm load.
