Our Rockford Fosgate 1957 Chevy speaker and amplifier package is designed to give you super clear, clean, and loud highs and mid-bass response in your classic car.  Rockford speakers are known for being clear, bright, and loud, all of which is perfect for your classic car.  Usually you are driving your classic car in nice weather, likely with the windows down.  Also, most classics have powerful usually loud V8 motors with performance exhaust systems.  This 1957 Chevy speaker and amp kit allows you to upgrade your speakers and add an amp so that you can easily hear your music over the engine, road, and wind noise while cruisin' down the highway without distortion or blowing your speakers.  

We offer two different 400 watt mini amplifiers with this kit and corresponding levels of 6x9 speakers.  The Punch mini 400 watt mini amplifier has a super small foot print and will provide well over 50 watts of constant power to your speakers.  The amplifier is bridgeable and can run at 2 ohm stable.  The Rockford Punch mini 400 watt amp comes with Rockford's CLEAN setup so that you can properly set your gains to ensure that the amp and the radio are not clipping the signal.  This helps you determine where to set the gain so you know when the radio starts distorting so that your amp is perfectly tuned.  When you select the Punch mini 400 watt, 4 channel amplifier the speaker and amp package comes with the Rockford, Punch 4-way 6x9 speakers.  These speakers are by far our best selling 6x9s and they are very sensitive so you get the most bang for your buck in terms of sound quality and loudness.  The other amplifier option is the Rockford 400 watt, power mini, 4 channel amplifier.  Simply stated, this amp is badass!  It has the same small foot print as the Punch mini, and although it says it is a 400 watt amp, it puts out over 100 watts per channel and that power is cleaner and sound better than the Punch amp.  Like the Punch mini amp, the power mini 4 channel also has the CLEAN set up and features class AD circuitry for optimal sound quality.  The power mini amp selection includes the Rockford Fosgate Power, 3-way 6x9 speakers.  The Power 6x9's use better materials than the punch and have aluminum dome tweeter for crisp, bright highs that are perfect for cutting through the wind and engine noise that classic car owners so often deal with.
