The USA-740 and the USA-630 are thee top level and mid-level radios from Custom Autosound.  However the "Best" and most expensive model might not be the one for you.  We will help explain the differences, give our opinion, and hopefully help you make an informed decision.

Custom Autosound USA-740

The Custom Autosound USA-740 is a direct fit, replacement radio that fits the original dash opening of most vehicles from 1940-1987.  The USA-740 has the following features:

• AM/FM TUner
• Bluetooth Built-In
• Dual Auxiliary Inputs (RCA in the Rear.  3.5mm in the Front)
• USB
• Option to add a CD-1
• Ability to Choose Between 7 Colors for the LCD Display
• Subwoofer Control and Pre-Out
• Chrome Push Buttons
• No Officially Licensed GM or Ford Logos.

Custom Autosound USA-630

The Custom Autosound USA-630 was their top of the line radio for many years until they released the USA-740.  The USA-630 will also fit most vehicles from 1940-1987.  If the USA-740 will fit your vehicle, so will the USA-630.  There are not differences in fitment between the two models

The USA-630 has the following features:

• AM/FM Tuner
• AUX Input (RCA in the Rear)
• USB
• Option to add a CD-1
• Option to add Bluetooth Functionality with the BluKit (Sold Separately)
• Black/White LCD Display
• No Subwoofer Control or Pre-Out
• Black Push Buttons
• Officially Licensed GM or Ford Logo if Applicable

If you don't care about Bluetooth...

If you want your radio LCD display to match your vehicle's color, interior, or your digital gauges:

• Go with the USA-740
  

Otherwise, go with the USA-630.

If you want Bluetooth...

Our usual response is to go with the USA-740 because the Bluetooth is built-in and it's just easier, cheaper, and it's one less piece to buy.

But...

If you want Bluetooth and you insist on having the appropriate GM for Ford Logo on the radio:

Go with the USA-630 and add the BluKit

Otherwise,

Go with the USA-740
